A young design firm based in Berlin, USUS emerged with the Io ballpoint, featuring the SupraSpin mechanism. A powerful magnet holds the two sections of the body together, allowing the mechanism to twist in either direction. This revolutionary design eliminates the wear created by moving parts, yet makes changing the refill easy.
The Pi ballpoint features a distinctive switch mechanism to extend and retract the refill, and can be converted between ballpoint pen and mechanical pencil.
