City Stationery Office Choice is located at Sydney CBD and we now have a rare opportunity for a new team member. We are currently seeking a Part-time Retail Shop Assistant to join our team.

The person we are seeking must be responsible, energetic, well presented and have good communication skills with a desire to get ahead.

We will provide:

The successful candidate will have:

• A true interest in retail as a career
  
• Energy and enthusiasm to see a task through, from the beginning to the end
  
• A minimum one year of retail or customer service experience and skills
  
• A proven ability to relate to people (colleagues and customers

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Give Flyers out in nearby buildings letter boxes
  
• Go to post office or bank
  
• Go to customer sites to fill stationery cupboards
  
• Sales/customer service
  
• Maintaining product knowledge
  
• Meeting sales targets, both store and personal
  
• Cash register balancing at the end of the day
  
• Merchandising
  
• Processing orders
  
• Being familiar with sale and promotional items
  
• Answering phone inquiries
